My Voice

Precious children, you have heard, recognized, and responded to My voice of hope, comfort, and grace. Many are waiting to hear the same voice from Me, their caring Shepherd.
Today, as we together serve those I have called you to, you will be to them, My voice of hope, comfort, and grace. I have chosen you for this from the beginning.

Heavenly Father, for the privilege of presenting Your voice on earth, we are grateful,
in Jesus’ name, Amen.

Forgetting The Past

According to author Sandy MacGregor, our subconscious mind "has the ability to record and remember every incident that it experiences."1 This may be one of the reasons why sometimes we have difficulty forgetting our sin. Whatever the past sin is that we are trying to forget, somehow, the memory not only lingers, but hinders our relationship with God, and hinders us from living our God given “abundant life.”
However, we do have a hope ... precious promises from the pages of Scripture:  “If you confess your sins, I will forgive them and cleanse you from everything you've done wrong.”2  "For I am merciful.  I will not be angry with you forever3 ... I will never again remember your sins."4   “I am ready to forgive all those who call upon Me.” 5  I - yes I alone will blot out your sins for My own sake and will never think of them again.”6
Those words have inbuilt thought changing power to help us move, and to live beyond guilt. I dared to believe them and they have changed my life. If you need forgiveness, will you allow them to change your life also?

My Prayer For You

That you will not be afraid because God has not given you the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind. That you will know that He loves you with an everlasting love. That you will understand how precious you are in His sight. That you will experience His peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. This is my prayer for you today, in Jesus’ name, Amen!

In his book The Wonders of Creation, Alfred M. Rehwinkel writes: “next to the vital organs on which life depends, the eye is one of the most precious gifts of the Creator to man.” As we begin our day, we will come into contact with family, friends, co-workers, those we are called to serve, and various others. Let us choose to see each as the eyes of The Great Creator of sight and vision would. The LORD doesn't see things the way you see them. People judge by outward appearance, but the LORD looks at the heart. – 1 Samuel 16:7
Heavenly Father, may we never take for granted the gift of sight You have given us. We are grateful for the privilege to see lives through Your eyes, in Jesus’ name, Amen.

Our Heavenly Father has the power and the willingness to answer our sincere request for forgiveness from the past and to propel us to a fruitful, and successful future.
God is faithful and trustworthy. If we confess our sins, He forgives them and cleanses us from everything we've done wrong. ~ 1 John 1:9 (GWT)
Now, we have the privilege of starting again.
